John joins the JConnelly team with a background of 15 years in higher education IT from the University of Illinois Chicago. Positions he held at the UIC College of Applied Health Sciences include Apple Systems Administrator, AV Technology Project Manager, and Co-Director of IT.

He brings years of experience of project management, technical support customer service, disaster recovery and strategic planning, hiring and training new IT staff members, and fostering relationships with vendors and members of the UIC IT community.
